The Ji4Life Family Retreat is one of the most meaningful ways we support our community—through shared laughter, deep connection, and powerful respite.
These weekends give our athletes and their families a chance to reset and recharge. Anchored around the ever-inspiring RunDisney races, each retreat blends mindfulness, movement, and magic—complete with character sightings, finish-line triumphs, and the one-of-a-kind energy only Ji4Life can bring.
This year, we were proud to partner with the Jewish Leadership Academy, whose staff and senior students helped us create something truly special: a weekend full of friendship, growth, and healing. From breathwork, meditation, and ice baths led by the amazing Meir Kay, to a transformative moms-only session that offered support on a whole new level—every detail was crafted with intention.
A heartfelt thank you to board member Leah Cohen, who poured her soul into this retreat—not just as a leader, but as a mother walking this path alongside her child.
We laughed, cried, sang, danced… and yes, ate incredibly well! Race day brought soaring pride, with our athletes crossing the finish line in celebration.
Everyone left the weekend a little healthier, more rested, and deeply renewed. These retreats are more than events—they’re life-changing experiences.
