Ji4Life athletes take on the ultimate test of grit and resilience with Spartan Races, conquering obstacles like mud pits, rope climbs, and 10-foot walls. These events challenge not only physical strength but also mental determination. With the support of teammates and volunteers, every athlete pushes beyond their perceived limits, showing that no barrier is too great to overcome. Spartan Races are a cornerstone of our mission to inspire courage and teamwork.

Disney Marathons
Combining the magic of Disney with the thrill of racing, our athletes participate in Disney Marathons and running events, bringing smiles to every mile. These races offer a fun and inspiring way for kids and teens to celebrate their achievements while building endurance and confidence. It’s a chance to turn dreams into reality, surrounded by iconic characters, fun costumes, unique medals, and an atmosphere of pure joy.

Weekly training
Our weekly training sessions provide consistent opportunities for athletes to strengthen their bodies, sharpen their minds, and build camaraderie with teammates. From agility drills to endurance exercises, these sessions are tailored to help each participant prepare for upcoming events and challenges. Weekly training is where bonds are formed, skills are developed, and confidence is built, one step at a time.

Obstacle Course Races
Obstacle Course Races push Ji4Life athletes to embrace challenges head-on, testing their strength, balance, and problem-solving skills. Whether crawling under barbed wire or climbing rock walls, these races teach perseverance and adaptability in the face of adversity. Each completed course is a triumph, proving that determination and teamwork can overcome any hurdle.

Wellness Workshops
Our wellness workshops focus on nurturing the mind and body, offering classes on topics like meditation, mindfulness, yoga, nutrition, and stress management. These sessions empower athletes and their families with tools to lead healthier, more balanced lives. By addressing overall well-being, we ensure that our athletes are not only strong on the outside but resilient on the inside, too.

Shabbatons
Ji4Life’s weekend Shabbaton retreats are about wellness, connection, and growth. These retreats provide a chance for athletes and their families to recharge and grow in a supportive environment. Activities may include yoga, ice baths, team-building activities, and fun games.
Additionally, we emphasize nourishing the body with nutritious meals. It's a time to relax, celebrate achievements, strengthen bonds, and find renewed inspiration.
