Learn how Ji4Life empowers young athletes to overcome challenges through resilience and teamwork
What we do
At Ji4Life, we are dedicated to helping kids and teens with physical challenges to achieve the extraordinary through participation in extreme sports. Whether it's Spartan Races, Disney Marathons, or weekly training sessions, we provide opportunities for young athletes to build confidence, resilience, and a sense of community.
Our programs are designed to break barriers, foster teamwork, and inspire strength, proving that with the right support, no obstacle is too great to overcome. Through every challenge, our athletes show the world what determination and courage can accomplish.

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to empower children and teens, no matter their ability, to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. With the help of our volunteers, we are committed to fostering resilience, teamwork, inclusion, and community. We aim to inspire lives and redefine what it means to overcome.
Meet Our Founder
Michael Neuman is a licensed psychotherapist, dedicated athlete, and passionate advocate for resilience and inclusion. With a deep commitment to helping others overcome obstacles, Michael founded Ji4Life to empower youth with physical challenges through extreme sports. His vision stems from years of experience counseling individuals combined with his own love for athletics.

Michael's own journey as an athlete is inspiring. He competed on American Ninja Warrior for season 14 and 15, making it to the semi-finals. He was also a winner on LeBron James' Million Dollar Mile, and recently competed in the MrBeast Games in 2024. These experiences taught him the importance of perseverance, teamwork, and staying true to one's values.
Through Ji4Life, Michael brings his expertise in psychotherapy and his belief in the power of teamwork to create transformative experiences for young athletes. Whether scaling walls in Spartan Races, running marathons, or conquering everyday challenges, Michael’s mission is to show that no obstacle is too great when approached with determination and support.
